Coming from a family of cooks, I took my first steps in my mother's restaurant in Algaida. I then trained at Hofmann in Barcelona before joining the kitchens of Atempo by Jordi Cruz and Dins by Santi Taura — both Michelin-starred restaurants that shaped my approach to cuisine.
My focus is on high quality, precision, and fine dining. Every plate reflects a commitment to excellence — meticulous technique, exceptional ingredients, and an unwavering attention to detail.
